As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding The Growth Co.’s reach, directly contributing to the growth of our clients and the firm. Your role is vital in leading our sales efforts, generating revenue, and ensuring a seamless client experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to attract high-quality leads within the real estate investment industry.
Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and optimize sales pipelines to ensure consistent lead flow, client acquisition, and goal alignment with the $1M/month quota.
Client Relationship Building: Establish strong client relationships by understanding client needs, showcasing Growth Co.’s value, and creating tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with our brand strategy, ensuring seamless handoff from lead generation to conversion.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
Product Knowledge Mastery: Maintain deep knowledge of Growth Co.’s programs, differentiators, and industry trends to confidently address client inquiries.
Mentorship and Support: Mentor junior sales associates as needed, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Market Feedback Collection: Share insights with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily outreach and follow-up with leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media).
Monitor and update sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present weekly sales reports and goal reviews with leadership.
Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions to align sales with overall business objectives.
Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated on industry trends and Growth Co.’s evolving offerings.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a coaching/consulting or real estate environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales analysis.
Strong knowledge of the real estate investment industry and key pain points of real estate investors.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport and close sales with high-value clients.
Negotiation and Persuasion: Skilled at guiding clients to make high-stakes decisions confidently.
Adaptability: Able to pivot strategies and tactics based on market feedback and internal changes.
Results-Driven: Highly motivated by goals and revenue targets, with a passion for delivering value to clients.
